Acute kidney injury after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation – Predictors and survival impact: A single center retrospective study

Acute kidney injury was observed in 32% of patients in the 100 days post-HSCT.

Cytomegalovirus reactivation was a significant independent predictor for AKI.

Grade III/IV acute GvHD independently predicted an inferior survival.

AKI was not found to be an independent predictor of mortality in this study.
